Attorney Ke's  areas of practice include estate planning, commercial and civil litigation, corporate law, and employment law. Yi devotes her practice to estate planning, estate and trust administration, tax planning, and business succession planning. Yi assists clients worldwide in the creation of their estate plans, including establishing various irrevocable trusts—such as irrevocable insurance trusts, Medicaid Asset Protection trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, and Supplemental Needs trusts—to help clients make tax-efficient transfers to family members. She also administers estates, including the preparation of probate court documents and estate tax returns, and advises Personal Representatives on their fiduciary duties. Yi serves as trustee and trust protector of her clients’ trusts and counsels her clients on their trusts’ administration and best practices. She also assists clients in working through their family disputes stemming from the administration of estates and trusts. 


In addition, on the corporate law part, she has acted in a wide range of matters from complex, cross-border disputes, shareholders’ disputes, injunction applications such as misappropriation of trade secrets. She advises domestic companies, international companies, and financial institutes on a regular basis. She is well-equipped to handle complex legal and tax matters in cross-border business and transactions.

Prior to joining Lion's Law, Attorney Ke also practiced with Drazen Rubin Law, LLC and Cutler & Wilensky, LLP, where she handled estate planning, elder law, corporate, employment, and litigation matters in the areas of consumer protection and contractual disputes. She has clerked in the District Circuit Court for the Honorable Sabita Singh, who was subsequently appointed as the Associate Justice of the Appeals Court for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  In addition to her judicial internship, Attorney Ke has also practiced as a tax planning of-counsel at Drazen Law Group. 

Attorney Ke volunteers for the Legal Aid Society and The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. Attorney Ke is a volleyball player and a dog lover. 



  • Draft wills, all forms of trusts including family trusts, QTIP trusts, special needs trust, medicaid asset protection trust, health care proxies, living wills and durable powers of attorney.

  • Draft irrevocable life insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, charitable remainder trusts, minor’s trusts, and intentionally defective trusts.

  • Plan for individuals with special needs and disabilities.

  • Tax planning for individuals who are not U.S. citizens.

  • Complete probate administration services, including the preparation of probate inventory and accountings, and estate tax returns.

  • Represent trustees, executors, guardians and conservators.

  • Advise on Company’s regulatory and compliance matters, merge and acquisition, investment and general corporate matters.

  • Advise on stockholder agreement, sale and purchase agreements, mortgage, assignment, tender documents and other related document, and acquisitions of companies.

  • Advise employers, senior executives and other employees of various industry sectors on all aspects of employment-related issues, including recruitment, employment terms and benefits, employment policies, restrictive covenants, and termination of employment. 

  • Advise on commercial tenancy matters, including advising major property developer landlords on drafting and negotiation of tenancy agreements, license agreements and other related documents.
