The spring of EB-5 has come back!

The spring of EB-5 has come back! The newly enacted EB-5 concurrent filing policy will enable potential EB-5 investors currently on some visas to obtain current priority date years faster without worrying about visas expiration, lottery and sponsorship. It most likely will only last for 5 years until 2027. Seize the opportunity! On Wednesday, February 15, 2023, 8PM – 9 PM, Attorney Le Ye, Partner, Immigration Department will deliver a seminar on EB-5 investment by Zoom. Space is limited.
