Prior to joining the Immigration Department of Lion’s Law based in Princeton, New Jersey, Attorney Ye managed her own law firm and worked for prominent firms Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP and BDO Seidman in New York City. 

 

Born and raised in Shanghai, Attorney Ye has been an avid writer since very young age and had won numerous prizes of writing competitions at elementary and middle school levels. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English language and literature from East China Normal University and a master’s degree in English language and literature with concentration in translation from Shanghai International Studies University.

Experience

  • Represented dozens of EB-5 investors and their families in obtaining permanent residency via direct investment or investment in USCIS designated regional centers, with 100% approval rate in filing EB-5 related petitions.

 

  • Prepared EB-5 investors’ legal source of funds evidence, working with third party economist and business plan writing team on the job creation economic analysis, business plan and comprehensive operational plan in compliance with USCIS requirements.

 

  • Represented multiple U.S. real estate developers to successfully apply for USCIS EB-5 regional center designations and file annual reports.

 

  • Helped investors from Taiwan and Hong Kong to obtain E-2 visas via investment in residential cleaning business, day care centers and restaurants, subsequently converted the E-2 investment into EB-5 direct investment and successfully obtained green cards for these investors.

  • Represented a nationally renowned high school math teacher who founded a successful standard exam preparation school after his retirement to obtain green card via EB-1A extraordinary ability immigrant petition.

  • Assisted an electrical grounding expert who founded his own company for electrical grounding service to successfully obtain EB-1A approval.

  • Successfully represented a financial professional who developed 1) BenSo Investment Decision Management System which incorporates an artificial intelligence-based expert system to provide real-time support for making investment decisions; and 2) BenSo Venture Capital Corporation Cloud Management Platform which utilizes Cloud computing technology to analyze large collections of data and reduce financial risk, to file EB-1A immigrant petition and obtain approval.

  • Represented an expert in software design who plays a leadership role in engineering in the intelligent building construction industry to successfully obtain EB-1A approval.

  • Represented a visiting scholar with a PhD degree in Biophysics who works at a state university as postdoc and whose research fields include Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s Disease to obtain green card via EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW).

 

  • Represented a China based national high-tech enterprise specializing in the production and distribution of original short dramas with 800 million registered users and over 300 million monthly active users to obtain L-1A visa for its CEO to relocate to CA to work as general manager for its new U.S. subsidiary.

 

  • Successfully represented a start-up bubble tea shop to sponsor and obtain approval of H-1B petition for an F-1 visa holder with OPT status.

 

  • Successfully represented a start-up paper products international trade company to sponsor and obtain approval of L-1A petition for its owner and general manager.

 

  • Successfully represented a China mainland and Hong Kong based biotech pharmaceutical company and obtained approval of L-1A petition for its strategic investment director of its newly established U.S. branch.

 

  • Successfully represented multiple dental clinics to sponsor and obtain approval for concurrent H-1B petitions for college professors.
