Ms. Liu is equipped with over a decade of corporate and litigation experience in the areas of civil, corporate, family and labor, with a specialization in international arbitration, criminal and intellectual property law from China. She assists attorneys at Lion’s Law in drafting, editing, and amending various contracts and corporate documents, and preparing and drafting dispute resolution and litigation documents.
