June 2021

  • We advised a real estate brokerage company on applying and obtaining brokerage license and developing agent agreement, property management agreement, and lease addendum.

  • Our office represented a Chinese dental product manufacturer client negotiating a satisfactory resolution with its distributor in New Jersey owing a large amount of payment.

May 2021

  • We represented multiple investors from Hong Kong, China and Korean to conduct a comprehensive legal due diligence on a biotechnology company for a Series D financing. 

  • IRS approved the 501(c)(3) application we prepared for Sino-American Medical Association Inc. 

  • We represented a Canadian aesthetic business based in British Columbia to obtain refund of a significant deposit on an aesthetic medical device from a seller based in Massachusetts. after the seller's steadfast rejection to the client's first cease and desist letter from its Canadian counsel. We identified and argued seller's consumer fraud and violation of Massachusetts consumer protection law (M.G.L. c.93A), thus causing the contract to be null and void. Seller agreed to the refund.

  • We successfully obtained a summary judgment on overtime wages owed to several tour bus drivers by its employer a tour bus company. 

April 2021

  • Successfully requested a refund of two months rent for a restaurant client for the business closure from March to June, 2020 due to Governor's Covid-19 order.

  • Court granted a motion to dismiss our client, a co-defendant for $280,000 in contract dispute.
